Responsibilities:
- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations of the business
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive customer experience
- Train and supervise employees, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures
- Assist with employee orientation and onboarding process
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure stock is properly organized
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive sales growth
- Collaborate with the manager to develop and implement marketing initiatives
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and managing inventory
- Previous experience in team management or leadership role preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus
- Knowledge of sales management techniques and strategies
