- Execute on digital paid media channel strategy and performance - driving business results Dockers brand in the US and the Dockers.com site.
- Manage the Meta and other social AD networks (TikTok, etc) to drive brand awareness and conversion.
- Identify optimal media mix and maximize performance KPIs as needed (impressions for brand awareness and conversions for performance marketing)
- Maintain regular reporting and analytics while working with ecommerce analyst to drive data driven strategies.
- Identify testing and strategic opportunities to capture added value and improve efficiency.
- Bridge Digital Marketing efforts to drive full funnel marketing between brand and demand generation.
- Partner with brand and creative teams to ensure that Dockers marketing assets come to life, reflect brand values and resonate with the target consumer.
- Work with partners such as merchants, pricing and promotions teams, business analysts, and engineers to identify media and messaging opportunities.
- Manage and mentor co-ordinators to develop talent and support the program.
- 4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in an ecommerce environment
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns in Meta’s AD network, TikTok, Snapchat and others.
- Direct management experience
- Knowledgeable about attribution strategy, incrementality testing, and LTV analysis
- Familiar with leveraging first and third-party data to drive consumer insights and audience strategies.
- Excellent quantitative analytics skills
- Leadership acumen, with a focus on developing talent.
- 'Test and learn' mentality.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience partnering with agencies, vendors, and internal teams.
- Bachelor's degree or comparable working experience
