We are seeking a problem-solving and self-motivated individual to work as a Product Support Analyst to support various tasks for our clients and key stakeholders. Our ideal candidate must have great analytical, reporting, and documenting skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

In this role, you will function as area sales leader for IT & solution business sold. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships, maximizing account penetration, and customer retention. Sales constitute all the processes and functions required for obtaining inside/outside sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.
 
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Customer and area sales management, strategy development, new customer acquisition, customer satisfaction measurement, price management, marketing, maximizing account penetration, market penetration, customer retention, setting quotas, managing expense budgets, accurate sales forecasting.
- Responsible for achieving annual objectives regarding profit, volume, margins, business mix, and share.
- Assemble high performance teams and interact with Account Managers with differing business development requirements, customer focus, experience, sales cycles, and product portfolios.
- Partnering with Sales Leadership counterparts covering owner accounts to drive strategy for key project closure.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to communicate and help prioritize customer needs in order to support product roadmap prioritization.
- Independently prospect new business opportunities, including building your own referral networks with potential and current clients
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and social media.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Create and execute key sales and business development initiatives to increase sales pipeline.
- Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sustainable sales pipeline.
- Establish contact and develop relationships with prospects for product sales.
- Develop and articulate compelling value propositions around the company's offerings to prepare and deliver appropriate proposals that accurately describe those IT Services and set proper expectations.
- Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients through virtual and in-person meetings.
- Manage contract negotiations.
- Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and onsite client meetings on behalf of the company.
- Negotiate and close deals by handling inquiries, rebuttals, and objections.
- Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved.
- Present project status internally and lead communication between the project team and its stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bilingual in spoken and written Korean and English languages
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize numerous projects at one time
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Self motivated
- Team-oriented attitude to help other colleagues and departments
- Analytical and risk assessment abilities
- Ability to follow a defined sales process and activities
- Good understanding of business processes
- Ability to travel for client meetings, as needed
- Analytical yet empathic approach to problem-solving at customer level
- The experience of working with and leveraging Vendor Partners and Suppliers
- The experience of selling products to SME Marketplace
- Ability to travel for client meetings, as needed

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in sales or a similar role preferred

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

- Authorized to work in the U.S. without any restrictions
