Assistant Manager, Daycare

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Daycare, Assistant Manager to join our team. As a Daycare, Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and providing a safe and nurturing environment for children. Your responsibilities will include supervision and assisting with daily activities, ensuring the well-being of the children, and promoting their social and educational development.

Duties:
- Assist with the implementation of age-appropriate activities and curriculum
- Supervise and engage with children during playtime, meals, and naptime
- Maintain a clean and organized daycare environment
- Monitor children for any signs of distress or illness
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the daycare
- Provide assistance with behavior management and conflict resolution
- Support children in developing self-help skills, such as feeding and toileting
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a daycare, nannying, or babysitting role is required
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques for young children
- Ability to handle infants/young children and provide appropriate care
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Pediatric CPR certification required
- A genuine passion for working with children and promoting their growth and development
