The AM can follow recipes, perform quality checks on finished products, train the crew by example and is a fast learner. The AM is responsible for daily tasks that are crucial in operating a successful Crumbl store. The AM is working hard along side the crew at all times and is in charge of the store operating successfully.
We are looking for a daytime AM. Hours would be:
Monday 6:30AM - 2:30PM
Wednesday 6:30AM - 2:30PM
Thursday 6:30AM - 2:30PM
Friday 6:30AM - 2:30PM
Saturday 6:30AM - 2:30PM
We are looking for a Nighttime AM. Hours would be:
Monday 2:30 - 10:30PM
Tuesday 2:30 - 10:30PM
Thursday 2:30 - 10:30PM
Friday 6:30 - 11:30PM
Saturday 6:30 - 11:30PM
To be a successful AM you should be efficient, friendly, work with urgency, focused on food quality and customer satisfaction, be decisive, attentive, and have a strong understanding of baking techniques.
Applicants must have/be able to do the following:
- Read and understand Crumbl recipes
- Measure and combine ingredients using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make cookies
- Decorating and displaying the finished product
- Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls
- Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payment, and providing exceptional customer service
- Be constantly keeping the crew engaged
- Help with training new crew
- Cleaning and restocking the workstation and ensuring all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift
- Must have one year of Managerial/Shift Lead experience
- Previous baking experience is a plus
- Strong communication, time and resource management, and planning skills
- Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products
- Basic math and computer skills
- Willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, plan schedules, fulfill orders, and create excellent baked goods
- Flexibility to work around customer demands, including early morning, night, Saturdays (Sundays off), and holiday availability
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with urgency
- Stand, walk, bend, use hands, appliances, and lift heavy items for extended periods
- Lift 50 pounds
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.50 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
