Associate Manager
Duties:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the store runs smoothly
- Manage and train a team of retail associates
- Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory control measures
- Drive sales by providing exceptional customer service and promoting products
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new team members
- Create schedules and assign tasks to ensure efficient store operations
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals
- Proficient in inventory management and control techniques
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to negotiate and sell products effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
