SalaryNeeded experienced Assistant Manager for 1701 at El Dorado Apartments. in McKinney, TX. Must have at least 1 year of experience as Assistant Manager in the apartment industry. Yardi experience a plus.
Performs all aspects of Assistant Manager , including but not limited to, greeting prospective clients, shows community, and outside marketing, as needed.
- Must be knowledgeable of all phases of bookkeeping, collections, and resident retention.
- Coordinates all lease renewals in accordance with Anterra’s Lease Renewal Policy.
- Answers and handles incoming phone calls from prospective new residents, current residents, vendor/suppliers, etc.
- Contacts each Notice-to Vacate and attempts to convert them to a renewal.
- Maintains awareness of local market conditions and trends. Contributes ideas to manager for marketing community and improving resident satisfaction.
Willing to assist with rent collections, resident customer service, and other Assistant Manager duties as well.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- apartment Assistant Manager: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
