- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the business
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Manage inventory and stock levels to ensure availability of products
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth
- Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies to meet targets
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, record keeping, and reporting

- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
- Experience in wireless sales or a similar retail environment is preferred
- Ability to negotiate and close sales deals with customers
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Team management skills to supervise and motivate staff members
- Training development abilities to train new employees on company policies and procedures
- Strong math skills for handling cash transactions, calculating discounts, and managing budgets
The Assistant Manager should be able to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and management. They should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a drive for achieving sales targets.
