Responsibilities:
- Assist management in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient store performance
- Provide in depth and personal customer service
- Manage inventory levels through receiving and organizing merchandise
- Assist in training and supervising new hires
- Accomplish constant evolving administrative tasks
- Be the example for all others regarding compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Professional phone etiquette
