Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in the restaurant or fast-casual field required
• Experience recruiting, hiring, training, and developing employees
• Experience in growing sales and providing excellent customer service
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence in both front of the house and back of the house
• Proven track record of managing cost of goods and labor
• Strong skills in understanding P&L reports and budgets
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Monitor sales growth and cost control of the café against the budgeted expectation and historical performance to ensure profit goals are met
• Maintain and exceed customer expectations to build brand loyalty
• Present a consistent, professional image of the café and crew by maintaining all sanitation and appearance standards
• Communicate and stay updated on all marketing and promotional materials
• Execute marketing and sales programs, following appropriate guidelines
• Build café sales by cultivating relationships in the business community and initiating local store marketing campaigns
