Assistant Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations of the company. Duties:
- Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow
- Manage and maintain inventory control, including ordering and receiving merchandise
- Conduct interviews and assist with the recruiting process for new team members
- Train and develop employees on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving customer inquiries and concerns
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately
- Ensure proper pricing of products and promotions

Experience:
- Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role is preferred
- Strong mathematical skills for inventory management and financial reporting
- Proven ability to effectively manage a team and drive sales performance
- Experience in wireless sales or related industry is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
