```Duties```
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the company
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies
- Support management in decision-making processes
- Run day to day and weekly operations in the Nursery.
- Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures
```Qualifications```
- Basic math skills
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds from time to time.
- We work partially outside in the elements, hot, cold, and sometimes in the rain.
- Knowledge of gardening, irrigation, and greenhouse operations is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Punctuality and good attendance are Required and are met with raises, bonuses, and promotions.
