The Town of Ipswich is seeking qualified candidates for the full-time, benefited, non-union position of Assistant Library Director.
Responsibilities include assisting the Library Director in administrative, technical and supervisory areas of entire library operation following established library procedures and guidelines. Works closely with Library Director on executing the strategic plan, and in administering library policies and programs. Is responsible for oversight of all library computer networks and electronic resources. Serves as head of personnel for the library department. Represents the library in the local community, and in professional library collaboration
