Assistant Infant Teachers In Early Childhood Education (Full-Time)

As a Assistant Infant Teacher, you will:

• Be the primary caregivers to our little ones.
• Help infants develop their fine motor skills.
• Maintain feeding, sleeping, and diaper changing schedules.
• Implement a curriculum that promotes cognitive, social, and emotional development.
• Create relationships with parents and provide support through daily interactions and communication.
• Uphold the rules and regulations of Lightbridge Academy and governmental regulatory agencies about children's care, health, and safety.
• Support an engaging work environment by learning, collaborating, and building co-worker relationships.

Skills, Abilities, and Experience we are looking for:

• At least 1 year of prior experience in childcare
• Post-Secondary school degree PREFERRED.
• Organization, time management, and multi-tasking skills
• Oral and written communication skills
