Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Grants and Data Manager to join our team. The Assistant Grants and Data Manager will work closely with Grants Managers to help with grant application process, ensuring compliance with regulations, and overseeing the administration of awarded grants.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of grant applications, from researching funding opportunities to submitting proposals
- Collaborate with program staff to develop grant proposals that align with organizational goals and objectives
- Write clear and compelling grant proposals, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines
- Monitor awarded grants to ensure compliance with reporting requirements and deadlines
- Oversee the management of grant-related documents, including tracking progress, maintaining records, and organizing files
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, nonprofit management)
- Proven experience in grant writing, budgeting, assessing, data tracking and overall management of grants.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have experience in research and editing.
- Must be able to foster partnerships with organizations to create a robust network of opportunities for grants.
