Assistant Golf Operations Manager – Plans and direct the operations of public or private sector organization.
Assistant to the Golf Operations Manager – knowledge in interviewing, hiring, and training prospective. Ability to enforce company policies, rules, and regulations.
Supervise and schedule all Golf Shop Staff.
Plan, prioritize and allocate work assignments to meet daily operational requirements.
Maintain club standards and practices to establish consistent guest service levels.
Must have good written & verbal communication skills.
Demonstrate initiative, personal awareness, professionalism, positive attitude, and integrity.
Exercise a high quality customer service and leadership skills.
Ability to effectively interact with guests and staff homeowners and members professionally.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
