Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards.
- Supervise and train restaurant staff in areas such as hospitality, food preparation, and customer service.
- Assist with food service duties as needed, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling cash transactions.
- Utilize Merit POS system to process orders and manage inventory.
- Coordinate catering events and ensure timely delivery of food and services.
- Monitor food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous KFC Management experience is essential
- Strong knowledge of food service operations and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff and customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using Merit POS or similar restaurant management software is preferred.
- Knowledge of catering procedures and experience in coordinating events is a plus.
- Must have a thorough understanding of food handling and safety regulations.
