- Assuring and supporting Shift Leaders run great shifts in a self-sufficient manner.
- Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems while seeking help from others when appropriate.
- Provide direction, coaching and guidance to Shift Leaders and Team Members.
- Assuring food safety standards and Product quality standards are being met.
- Oversee the hands on day-to-day activities of the restaurant.
- Assure compliance with all company standards each shift.
- Complete Administrative duties in the restaurant.
- Coordinate and deliver the restaurant training plans.
- Assist the RGM with recruiting, interviewing, hiring and retaining Team Members.
- Assist with coordination of maintenance activity.
- Working a 45-50 hour workweek.
- A high school diploma or University degree preferred
- A minimum of 1 year supervisory experience
- Proficient in the use of computers and basic Microsoft programs
- Basic math and accounting skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Conflict resolution
