Responsibilities:
• Assist senior legal counsel in offering comprehensive legal advice and guidance to the company.
• Draft and meticulously review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Support the preparation and negotiation of various commercial transactions.
• Participate actively in corporate governance matters, ensuring legal compliance across all operations.
• Provide legal support for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, offering legal guidance on various business initiatives.
• Conduct internal legal training and awareness programs as required, ensuring a high level of legal literacy across the organization.
• Stay current with developments in relevant legal areas and proactively share knowledge with the legal team.

Education & Experience:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and admission in at least one state or the ability to become admitted within a short period of time.
- 0-2 years of experience practicing law, including internships and clerkships.
