High School graduation or equivalent and two years of paid experience in quantity food preparation and cash sales - or - such alternative that the Personnel Commission may find desirable. Courses in food preparation, safety and sanitation are desirable. This recruitment will be used to fill one (1) part-time position working 6.5 hours per day, 9 months per year.
