The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will oversee the food and beverage areas within the hotel. Responsibilities may include scheduling, forecasting and training, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws as well as all operating procedures. This person may also coordinate special events at the hotel. The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager must have strong communication and analytical skills. Food and Beverage cost control experience is helpful.
SIGN-ON BONUS
The $3,000 sign-on bonus (less applicable taxes) for this role will be scheduled to be paid-out in 2 increments. $1,500 paid-out after 30 days of service, and the secondary installment of $1,500 paid-out after completion of 90 days of service.
SALARY
Salary range for this position is $56,300 - $78,700. Actual pay will be commensurate with experience.

Qualifications:
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
Minimum of 2 years as F&B Management required
Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred
Must have strong organizational skills
Must have refined written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Must be a team player and a dynamic leader
Ability to work with flexible work schedule is required
Must have open and flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
