Take charge as the Assistant Food and Beverage Director, enhancing the guest experience in our vibrant Pool, Beach Club, and Nightlife venues. As a dynamic leader, your role involves establishing and maintaining exceptional guest service standards, cultivating a collaborative atmosphere, and ensuring an impeccable and memorable experience for our guests.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a luxury resort or similar setting.
- Preferred hospitality degree.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Opera and solid computer skills (Microsoft Office).
- Minimum of 2 years of Food and Beverage & Pool & Beach operations supervisory/management outlet experience.
- Complete knowledge and strict adherence to state liquor regulations.
- Food handling certificate.
- Knowledge of various food & beverage service styles.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Familiarity with Food and Beverage cost controls.
- Certification in alcohol awareness program.
- Computer literate.
- CPR Certification.
- MUST BE A US CITIZEN.
- MUST BE OPEN TO RELOCATING.
- Must have nightlife experience.
