What this job involves –
Assist the Facilities Manager in the delivery of services to operate and maintain the property including customer/client services, financial management, facility maintenance, procurement, and supplier management. Develop client relationships with key representatives in supporting client’s corporate real estate goals and objectives
What is your day to day?
Maintain client satisfaction with delivery of Facility Management services and support programs to increase customer satisfaction
Support compliance with Jones Lang LaSalle minimum audit and compliance standards in facility management, financial management and operational policies and procedures
Meet or exceed site Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s); monitor Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) monthly to identify potential challenges and plan corrective actions accordingly
Support budget creation, tracking, and reporting
Demonstrate strong collaboration and teamwork within the account team, by including driving the development and implementation of IFM best practices and innovations
Support work order management for in house staff and vendors as necessary.
Financial experience in opex, capex, accruals, reversals with the ability to work the Facilities Manger to create and track budgets throughout the year.
Manage access control system with accurate record keeping and within technology portals.
Assist with the coordination of office space for new staff.
Desired experience and technical skills
Required:
Bachelor’s degree
2 – 3 years prior experience in supply chain (vendor) management, operations, hospitality services, facility / property management experience and/or knowledge of commercial real estate, preferred
Preferred:
Excellent customer, computer, managerial, verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and effectively organize responsibilities to achieve portfolio goals and objectives
Effective contractor management skills
Basic knowledge of building systems (mechanical and electrical systems).
Salary Range: $65-75k
