Job Summary:
Day to day responsibilities include the following:
- Coordinates with on field coaches for organization of activities and information for analyzing potential recruits
- Assist with the direction of the day-to-day operations of the university's Player Personnel division for football
- Manages aspects of identifying and evaluating the NCAA Transfer Portal. Serves as point-of-contact and provides subject matter expertise to the Director of Player Personnel for all matters related to identification and evaluation
- Assists with planning, registration, and execution of all Official and Unofficial Visits
- Responsible for maintaining and updating various recruiting databases such as but not limited to QwikRecruiting, UCReport, MileSplit. Maintain accurate and up to date information across all platforms
Responsibilities:
Conducts game, opponent, and player performance analysis and prepares game and practice materials and playbooks in support of the competitive preparation of an intercollegiate sports program.- 55% Analyzes game, opponent, and player performance through various mediums
- 30% Drafts, organizes updates, and disseminates practice and game preparation materials, scouting reports, and playbooks to the appropriate entities
- 15% Documents and organizes daily charting, plays, call sheets, scripts and statistical data of team and opponent performance

Conditions of Appointment: This is a 100% Academic Staff appointment. Salary will be assigned within the appropriate range, commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and experience. An excellent benefits package is also included.
