Title of Position Assistant Director of Restaurant Operations
Job Description: As our Assistant Director of Restaurant Operations, you will be responsible for 5-7 locations throughout your market. The Assistant Director of Restaurant Operations will be accountable for maintaining and increasing standards of customer service and controlling the training and development of your staff. Qualifications:
The Assistant Director of Restaurant Operations are required to have multi-unit management experience of at least three years
A passion for mentoring and developing others is necessary for the Assistant Director of Restaurant Operations
Full-Service premium branded or fast casual experience a plus for the Assistant Director of Restaurant Operations
The Assistant Director of Restaurant Operations must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
