The Assistant Director, MSMFT Career Coach provides career development services to BU Questrom School of Business Master of Science in Mathematical Finance & Financial Technology program students through individual CAREER COACHing sessions and career development workshops. The Assistant Director collaborates in the planning, development, and implementation of strategies to promote career development services and activities, coordinating with the schools other career-related programming and initiatives. The Assistant Director will optimize seamless student support by tracking and communicating information through written notes and verbal conversations, documenting the details of student interactions/appointments as well as employment and outcomes.

- Bachelor's degree required with at least 8 years of experience in finance industry or Masters degree strongly preferred with 5 years of experience in the finance industry.
- Experience providing CAREER COACHing or counseling to graduate students or early professionals preferred.
- Experience working with a diverse and international group of students or advisees preferred.
- Familiarity with finance industry strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of Mandarin preferred.
