Job Description
As an Assistant Superintendent at HHJ Construction you will be responsible for overseeing the daily construction activities at several job sites. You will be responsible for the overall progress of the project as well as the scheduling of workers and the delivery of equipment and materials.
Job Requirements:
· Minimum of 5-10 years of experience with various construction projects
· Ability to handle multiple small to mid-sized projects at one time.
· Experience with RFI’s, Specifications, Shop drawings review.
· Ideal Candidate will understand project delivery, time management, and how to deal with unanticipated events and unforeseen conditions.
· Familiarity with local, state and federal procurement rules and regulations is necessary.
· Good communications, writing skills are essential.
