Assistant Construction Superintendent

Role: Assistant Construction Superintendent
Primary Objective: Assist the site superintendent execute the project/job plan (i.e. "Boots on the ground")
Accountability Chart Roles:

• Maintain site presence when and where needed between two active construction sites.

• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized site at both locations.

• Assist in general tasks and duties of the site superintendent.

• Keep accurate logs of time & personnel in relation to daily work performed.

• Typical hours are from 8:00AM-4:00pm Monday-Friday (Late days, Early mornings as case by case may dictate)

• Maintain high standards of safety and conduct

• This position will answer directly to the Site Superintendent

• Ability to safely operate basic machinery (Skid steer, Telehandler)

• Basic construction knowledge

• Minimum 2 years construction experience

• Reliable daily transportation

• This is an indoor/outdoor all-weather position
