Job description

Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Executive and Property Assistant to join our team. You will provide administrative and business operations support to the CEO of our high-rise, commercial and luxury real estate management team and assist with various tasks related to property management. Be a key player in a newly established and growing brand. An entrepreneurial spirit is a huge plus!

Key Qualifications:

  • Solid administrative experience supporting senior leadership.
  • Play a key role in a newly established brand!
  • Assist CEO and community manager with reports, written communications, task tracking, calendar management, meetings, etc.
  • Proactive task master with excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work independently as a self-starter.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication is a must.
  • Ability to maintain focus working under pressure and in a deadline oriented environment.
  • Ability quickly learn management Excellent researching skills.
  • Property Management or Hotel management skills, a plus
  • Professional appearance is required.

Having successfully passed the M-100 is desired.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to gain or grow their experience in the real estate industry and grow their career . Duties: - Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing calendars - Coordinate meetings with prospective and current customers, and the ability to maintain social media is a plus! Prepare and proofread documents and correspondence.

Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook Calendar - Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills.

Ability to coordinate projects and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams -
