Responsibilities:
- Support Community Manager
- Perform DRV drives and prepare letters
- Obtain vendor bids and work with vendors to resolve community neds
- Review ARC submissions
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to secure the best possible pricing and terms.
- Handle conflict management when necessary .
- Respond to phone and email requests and inquiries from residents
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable contracts with vendors.
- Ability to effectively manage conflicts and find resolutions that satisfy all parties involved.
- Proficient in filing paperwork and maintaining organized records.
