This position assists in all phases of the
Women's Wrestling program including organization and administration, practice planning, academic monitoring, camp/clinic coordination, and other duties as assigned by the Head Coach.
PRIMARY DUTIES
- Recruiting Film analysis and practice planning
- Academic monitoring and meetings
- Camp/Clinic coordination
- Workouts with athletes as needed
- Performs other duties as required/assigned by Head Coach
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
- 2+ years sanctioned USA Wrestling and/or collegiate wrestling experience - OR - 5+ years wrestling coaching experience
- Experience in practice/program planning, fundraising, social media and computer skills
- Strong commitment to the academic achievement of student-athletes, NCAA compliance, good communication and organizational skills
- Valid Drivers License is a requirement and a MVR needs to be conducted up hiring
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES PREFERRED
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years sanctioned USA wrestling and/or collegiate wrestling experience
- Experience in collegiate level wrestling coaching and/or recruitment
WORKING CONDITIONS
Normal office environment. Schedule includes nights and weekends. Some travel may be required.
SALARY: $36,000-40,000, commensurate with experience
