Minimum Qualifica ions:
Bachelor's Degree required. 1-3 years' experience playing in high school and college Women's Lacrosse and/or coaching Women's Lacrosse. Knowledge of NCAA rules and guidelines required along wi h excellen oral and wri en communica ion skills. Cer ifica ion in CPR, firs aid and AED will be required prior o he comple ion of proba ion period.

1. Recrui a hle es o Maris College by:
Researching he ournamen s, showcases, high school games, ryou s and o her relevan recrui ing oppor uni ies of prospec ive s uden -a hle es.
Preparing and coordina ing he recrui ing calendar and accommoda ions in accordance wi h he NCAA, MAAC (for all spor s bu Foo ball), Pioneer League (Foo ball only), and ins i u ion regula ions.
Evalua ing prospec ive s uden -a hle es by raveling o he ournamen s, showcases, high school games, ryou s, and o her relevan recrui ing oppor uni ies during permissible recrui ing periods.
Conduc ing appropria e communica ion wi h coaches, prospec ive s uden -a hle es, and paren s.
Coordina ing and execu ing official and unofficial visi s o campus for prospec ive s uden - a hle es and heir families.
Ac ive par icipan in all NCAA rules educa ion program.
2. Assis he Head Coach in developing he game s ra egy and designing effec ive and efficien raining and prac ices for bo h he eam and individual s uden -a hle e by:
Formula ing effec ive game plans for compe i ion.
Conduc ing individual and small group raining sessions.
Conduc ing comprehensive film review from prac ices and games.
Preparing daily eam prac ice plans.
Working games and prac ices.
3. Provide men oring o s uden -a hle es inside and ou side of prac ice on heir academic, personal, civic, and career aspira ions for he fu ure.
4. Assis in o her asks as assigned by Head Coach and A hle ic Direc or.
Preferred Qualifica ions:
Mas er's degree. Previous experience in coaching Division I college lacrosse. Recrui ing s rongly preferred.
