Assistant Cheer Coach

Midway University is seeking candidatesfor a part time Assistant Cheer Coach.The successful candidate is responsible for supporting all aspects of a successful cheer program. Primary responsibilities include assistance with recruiting, meet assistance, practice planning and supervision, academic supervision, eligibility compliance, and driving a 15-passenger van. Additional duties may be assigned by the Head Coach.

High School Diploma required. Bachelor's Degree and prior coaching experience at the college or high school level is highly desirable. Ability to coach and recruit student-athletes is preferred. Clear background check and acceptable driving record required. Review of applications will begin immediately,and the position will remain open until filled.
