Job Summary: The Assistant Baseball Coach will aid the head coach in providing leadership and organization for all phases of the operation of the program at Roosevelt in compliance with NAIA rules and regulations. Responsibilities of the Assistant Baseball Coach include, but are not limited to, practice planning and assessment, supervision of practices and competitions, individual student-athlete instruction and evaluation, academic mentorship, scouting of opponents, recruitment of prospective student-athletes, and assistance with team travel. This is an administrative non-exempt position that reports to the Head Baseball Coach.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree 1 year of coaching experience Basic computer skills and working knowledge of NAIA rules and compliance procedures.
