We are a Natural foods kitchen in a fantastic natural foods store. We make everything from scratch in small batches. We offer cakes, muffins, cookies, pies, custards, puddings and bars. We use organic ingredients and no white flour or white sugar.

We do use lots of chocolate, cacao, coconut, nuts, whole wheat, spelt, buckwheat, millet, oats, amaranth, coconut sugar, agave nectar, dried fruits, nut flours, and even organic butter and heavy cream when necessary! We proudly cater to people with allergies, from dairy and soy to wheat and gluten. We're creative and resourceful, willing to research alternative recipes for people whose restrictions make finding a sweet treat a formidable feat.
