One Assistant Athletic Trainer will oversee Women's Lacrosse, Volleyball, and Esports and the second will oversee Men's Wrestling, assist with Football, and coed Cheer & Dance programs. Team care includes practice coverage for varsity teams, home event coverage for varsity & junior varsity events, and travel as arranged with coaches and head Athletic Trainer.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- NATABOC Certified Athletic Trainer (Experience preferred - entry level eligible)
- Kentucky Board of Medical Licensure - Athletic Trainer Licensed or Eligible
- Professional Rescuer Certified
JOB DESCRIPTION:

Team care includes practice coverage for varsity teams, home event coverage for varsity & junior varsity events, and travel as arranged with coaches and head Athletic Trainer.
Additional administrative tasks as assigned by the Head Athletic Trainer will include but not be limited to:
- Schedule medical appointments and assist with insurance matters for your teams.
- Handle preparatory team paperwork yearly and insurance verification in conjunction with our department insurance coordinator as part of preparticipation clearance.
- Assist with Physicals for in-coming Freshman/Transfers as scheduled.
- Daily management of rehabilitation activities and practice preparation for assigned teams.
- Assist with additional large event coverage as needed (ie: W-Wrestling/Track & Field/MSC Events)
- Administrative paperwork and Injury reporting for your teams (ATS System-EMR)
- Supervision of department work-study students
- Other responsibilities as assigned by the Head Athletic Trainer

- Three letters of recommendation (email preferred)
- Proof of NATABOC Certification & Proof of any State Credential (if applicable)
- Current PR card or equivalent credential, Instructor Card if holding.
