ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Teach and mentor graduate and medical students, and students of other health professions, including interprofessional education.
Provide medical humanities and ethics education for faculty and staff.
Engage in and publish original research, including results from collaborative activities.
Participate in clinical ethics consultation service (depending on qualifications).

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
PhD, JD, or MD with research and teaching interests in the Health Humanities and/or bioethics.

The ideal candidate should have experience in an academic health center and a record of both scholarly publication and graduate-level teaching.
