As an Assistant Arcade Manager, your role is multifaceted, requiring a blend of technical know-how and customer service excellence. Your role is not just about keeping the lights on; it's about making sure they flash, sparkle, and invite everyone to play.
Must have strong knowledge and experience with electronics, computers, and server room equipment. Must be able to read schematics, use a multimeter, and other necessary tools to oversee regular maintenance and repairs of arcade machines. Scheduling, hiring, training, interacting with customers and ensuring they have a positive experience. Communicate with our distributors and providers via phone and email. Any other duties as assigned.
Ensuring safety and security: Implementing and enforcing safety protocols for customers and staff, as well as safeguarding the arcade against theft or damage.
Staying informed about industry trends: Keeping up-to-date with the latest arcade games and technologies to provide customers with a diverse and exciting gaming experience.
