Asset Protection Investigator

```Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Asset Protection Associate to join our team. As an Asset Protection Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our company's assets. If you have a strong background in loss prevention, surveillance, and conflict management, we encourage you to apply.

Duties:
- Monitor and operate CCTV systems to detect and prevent theft, vandalism, and other criminal activities
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify any suspicious behavior or potential security risks
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to Asset Protection
- Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, taking appropriate action to minimize loss or damage
- Conduct thorough investigations into incidents of theft or misconduct, gathering evidence and preparing detailed reports
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies as needed for criminal investigations
- Provide training and guidance to employees on security awareness and best practices
- Maintain accurate records of security-related incidents, including incident reports, witness statements, and video footage

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of CCTV systems and other surveillance equipment
- Possession of relevant certifications in Asset Protection or loss prevention is preferred
- Proven experience in loss prevention, surveillance, or a related field
- Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Proficient in report writing with attention to detail
- Familiarity with criminal investigation techniques and procedures
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to Asset Protection
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels

Pay: $17.00 - $26.00 per hour
