Asset Management Specialist

Description:

One of our largest gaming customers is looking to add a Asset Management specialist to their team.

Key duties:

•Software, Hardware, and Maintenance Requisition entry daily

•Month end and invoice coding/researching

•Basic Asset Management tracking, including, adding HW/SW, assigning updating Tasks etc.

•Assist with misc. reporting

•Other duties as assigned

Experience:

•Experience with Oracle EBS is highly desired

•Excel – Pivot tables and vlookup

•Experience with an IT ticketing system and configuration management data bases (CMDB) (ServiceNow preferably)

•1 -2 years’ Experience with Asset management

•Knowledge of financial coding would be nice.
