Form of workWogan Group is looking for an ambitious Asset Management Analyst for our growing property management company. This position will help oversee a portfolio of multifamily properties and assist in maximizing property values. This position is at the corporate office in Memphis, TN.
Essential Job Functions:
- Organize, support, and compile monthly and quarterly investor reports, annual operating budgets, and business plans.
- Work with Director of Asset Management for analysis in operation strategy and property valuations.
- Participate in the disposition of existing assets.
- Monitor and analyze the financial performance of each asset, considering budget and business plan variances, and growth trends.
- Create monthly variance reports to track the performance of properties.
- Demonstrate initiative and ownership by assisting with the timely resolution of various property-level concerns.
- Monitor lender-directed and elective capital improvement and facilitate client and lender funding requests.
- Participate in acquisition due diligence including lease reviews, pro forma analysis, and market research.
Qualifications:
- Strong skills in financial analysis and modeling
- Detail oriented and highly organized with an ability to learn technology and software easily
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.
Education/Experience
- Bachelors degree required. Finance, Business, or Real Estate focus preferred.
- Experience in property management, Asset Management, or finance preferred.
Physical Demands
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
Travel
- Occasional travel required, including overnight travel.
