Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the team with vigor and vision, offering supervision that inspires growth, encourages innovation, and ensures accountability.
  • Monitor performance metrics closely, identifying challenges and strategizing effective solutions to enhance service delivery and achieve organizational goals.
  • Design and execute inter-rater reliability activities among staff to ensure consistency and accuracy in assessments, promoting a culture of high-quality standards.
  • Spearhead the management and oversight of the wraparound eligibility processes, acting as the primary liaison with the Medical Eligibility Contract Agent. This includes the preparation of monthly reports, managing the allocation of resources, and handling special eligibility requests to ensure efficient and equitable service delivery.
  • Embrace a dynamic role by efficiently managing additional responsibilities as they arise, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to the team's success.

Required Qualifications, Knowledge Skills, and Experience:

  • Applicants are required to hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology, underscoring a strong foundation in the principles and practices essential for the role.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in conducting assessments, coupled with previous leadership or supervisory roles, showcasing the ability to guide teams and manage projects effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, with a preference for individuals with project management experience, highlighting the ability to organize, plan, and execute tasks efficiently.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the CSED Waiver program policies and procedures, ensuring the candidate is well-versed in the specific requirements and standards of our services.
  • Must be organized and efficient, with a demonstrated capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities seamlessly.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, indicating the ability to convey information clearly and professionally to a variety of audiences.
  • Adaptive and eager to acquire new skills or tasks, reflecting a commitment to personal growth and the flexibility needed to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
