Responsibilities:
- Assemble heavy duty carts and products according to specifications and blueprints
- Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to fabricate and assemble components
- Inspect finished products for quality and ensure they meet the required standards
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals
- Assist with inventory management and stock control
Experience:
- Previous experience in assembly or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Basic mechanical knowledge and understanding of assembly processes
- Experience operating a forklift or willingness to learn
Skills:
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
Warehouse:
- Experience working in a warehouse environment is a plus
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, including inventory management and stock control
