Type: Contract, full-time 13 weeks
Shift: Shift Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Rate: Starting $43.59 negotiable
Requirements
- LCSW will provide psychiatric emergency assessments, diagnosis, clinical recommendations, and discharge planning for adults, teens, and children under the direction of a medical provider.
- The program is located in a small acute care hospital in the rural county of CT.
- EMR documentation in EPIC.
- Training weekly supervision provided.
- Will also provide ambulatory support conduction intake Groups in adult ambulatory behavioral health when the ED census is down
