Job Title:Assembly Worker - Kit Filling (Sealants)

Job Description:

As an Assembly Worker for our company, you will play an integral role in ensuring that our products are ready for distribution. You will be tasked with filling kits with a variety of sealants according to set specifications. Your diligence, attention to detail, and efficiency will contribute to our goal of consistently delivering quality products to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble kits accurately and efficiently according to set specifications. This includes filling kits with appropriate sealant types and quantities.
• Inspect products to ensure that they meet quality standards and remove defective items.
• Keep records of completed orders, tools used, and any product defects.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area to facilitate efficient operations.
• Utilize and maintain equipment as needed to fill and seal kits.
• Follow all company guidelines regarding packaging procedures, safety, and sanitary conditions.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth workflow.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process and product improvement and share these ideas with management.
• Meet production targets without compromising on the quality of work.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, particularly those related to safety and quality control.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or assembly line environment is preferred, if not we do train.
• Familiarity with basic tools and equipment used in assembly processes.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to communicate effectively in a team environment.
• Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods and lift heavy objects when necessary.
• Demonstrated ability to meet production quotas.

Physical Requirements:

This position is physically demanding and requires the ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods of time, and perform repetitive tasks.

This position offers Medical, Dental and vision benefits after 90 day. You also work in an A/C shop.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
