Assembly Technician

Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking an Assembly Technician. This position requires a person with good mechanical aptitude with the ability and desire to learn light machine work which includes operating lathes, welders and use of hand tools. One must be able to lift 30-50lbs. regularly. All tools and training will be provided to the selected candidate.

Assembly Technician Pay: $20/hr DOE

Assembly Technician Shift: M-F 8-5pm

Assembly Technician Responsibilities:

• Assembly and dis-assembly of drive shafts

• Identify, clean and inspect drive shafts and drive shaft parts

• Balancing of drive shafts

• Assist in the machine shop

Assembly Technician Responsibilities:

• 18+ years of age

• 3+ years experience in an automotive, industrial or agriculture industry with mechanical and or technical skills preferred

• Above average knowledge of reading and using a tape measure and precision measurement tools

• Ability to lift, bend or push up to 50 pounds regularly
