Vortex Optics is looking for a talented individual to join our Assembly team where you'll assemble riflescope components and perform inspections. If you possess the skills and experience needed, we would love to have you apply!
What You'll Be Doing

• Assemble components using templates, instructions, blueprints, and tools.
• Test riflescopes on collimator.
• Check optics for visual defects.
• Package scope in a neat and professional manner.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 2-4 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to demonstrate specific track record of success and high achievement.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills and capable of communicating effectively with people of all organizational levels.
• Ability to use analysis, wisdom, experience and logical methods to make good decisions and solve problems with effective solutions.
• Highly motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.
• Time management; allocates time efficiently to the most important issues, completes work in a timely fashion.
• Ability to self-start, work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Ability to effectively multi-task.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure.
• Ability to use equipment such as small hand tools, collimator, optical handling and alignment equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.
