Openings for Assembly Operators on the following shifts:

• 3rd Shift (11:00pm - 7:00am, Sun - Thurs)

Pay Rate:

$14.60/hr (Starting pay)

$15.35/hr (at 3 months)

$16.60 (at 6 months)

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Performs machine operations to support the assembly of parts following posted work instructions.

2. Responsible to ensure accuracy of their own work according to work instructions and monitor the quality of the product.

3. Detects and reports defective and/or questionable product conditions to the department supervisor.

4. Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.

5. Work with others in the team to maximize efficiency and reduce scrap/downtime on the production line.
Desired Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or GED

2. Effective communication, written and verbal skills

3. Stand and work on a production floor for extended periods of time in a factory setting.

6. Fine hand manipulation required to pick up parts and equipment as required for a particular production or inspection operation.
