Assembly Line Lead Job Duties:
- Work on the line to assemble solar cables and boxes
- Assess product quality toensure standards are met
- Ensure daily quotas are being met
- Supervise team of around 15-20 employees
Pay: $20+ per hour
Schedule:
- Swing Shift: Monday - Friday, 3:30pm - 12:00am
- Overtime opportunitiesavailable
Assembly Line Lead Job Requirements:
- At least one year of previous recent lead experience in manufacturing REQUIRED
- At least 6 months prior assembly or quality experience
- Able to stand throughoutshift.
- Strong hand and eyecoordination to perform finely detailed work.
