Wright Technical Services is working with a Fortune 500 manufacturer. They are a leader in their respective industry and have a history of invention and innovation. This company is experiencing rapid growth and they are adding to their plant leadership team.
Position Summary: Supervise all shop production activities related to assigned projects and assigned team members.
Role qualifications:
- Must be familiar with Company quality objectives and play an active role in reaching continuous improvement objectives.
- Focus on competence, awareness, and training of personnel. Have the ability to play an integral part in employee development process as it relates to specific job related and trade related skills.
Position responsibilities:
- Organize/Prioritize resource labor on shop floor for all projects.
- Manage the resource labor hours
- Manage time sheets and approvals.
- Collaborate with Program Managers to organize and support installs and install teams.
- Supervise production employees associated with tool room, electricians, and assembly teams.
- Playa key role as a project team member and work closely with Program Managers, Project Engineers, Applications, and team members to insure successful project results.
- On time delivery, product verification & validation, and achieving project cost targets.
- Process work records as required.
- Effectively collaborate with Machinists, Engineers, Management, and support functions.
- Maintain and lead EHS and 6s initiatives for maintaining a clean and safe Assembly Floor space.
Essential skills and experience:
- Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 10 plus years manufacturing production experience required

- Personal computer training
- Safety training
- Quality systems training
